Entomological Circle active again!

In the middle of September, our professorship hosted the Freiburg Entomological Working Group. After a long break due to corona, this was the first meeting in almost 3 years and the start of a revival of the network. The focus was on getting to know each other and exchanging ideas among the active and prospective entomologists. Peter Biedermann also gave the group a guided tour of the current bark beetle and ambrosia beetle breeding sites. Following this successful first meeting, the "Freiburger Entomologischer Arbeitskreis" (FREAK) will now meet again regularly on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 pm on the premises of the Natural History Museum at Gerberau 15 in Freiburg.
In addition to the exchange of knowledge and the presentation of exciting finds, lectures and excursions are also planned for the future. Entomology enthusiasts of all levels of experience are very welcome. To be added to the mailing list, please contact .
